3. Service Description

InterviewFrog provides AI-powered interview practice and feedback for system design interviews. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful feedback, the Service is for practice purposes only and does not guarantee interview success.

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with notice to users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through the Service are protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Service content without permission.

6. User Content

By submitting content to the Service, you grant InterviewFrog a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process that content for Service-related purposes.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Share account credentials
  • Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions
  • Upload malicious content
  • Interfere with Service operation
  • Scrape or collect user data

8. Limitation of Liability

InterviewFrog is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from Service use or interruption.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
